Snell Services, Inc. "Cool Down Kearney" Air Conditioner Giveaway - Official Rules and Regulations

1. Eligibility:

  • This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Participants must reside in a single-unit residential home located within a 30-mile radius of Kearney, Nebraska.
  • Employees of Snell Services, Inc., and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • Use the QR Code to make your entry.
  • All entries must be received by April 21, 2025.

3. Prize:

  • One (1) residential air conditioner unit.
  • Important: The winner is responsible for all installation costs, including but not limited to labor, materials, electrical work, and line set replacement if deemed necessary by Snell Services, Inc.  A/C unit must be installed by Snell Services, Inc.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
  • The winner will be notified 1 via telephone.
  • The winner must respond within thirty [30] days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize Conditions:

  • The prize is non-transferable.
  • The winner must reside in a single-unit residential home.
  • Installation of the prize must be completed by Snell Services, Inc. only.
  • Installation will be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time. Snell Services, Inc. reserves the right to determine the installation schedule based on availability.
  • The winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with the installation of the air conditioner, including line set replacement if necessary.
  • The winner acknowledges that additional costs may arise depending on the condition of the home and existing HVAC infrastructure.

6. Publicity Release:

  • By accepting the prize, the winner grants Snell Services, Inc. the right to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. General Conditions:

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
  • Snell Services, Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
  • Snell Services, Inc. is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or errors that may affect the contest.
  • This contest is void where prohibited by law.
  • This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platforms used for the promotion of the contest.
  • By participating, entrants release Snell Services, Inc. from any and all liability related to this contest.
  • All decisions of Snell Services, Inc. are final and binding.

8. Installation Agreement:

  • The winner agrees to have only Snell Services, Inc. complete the installation of the awarded air conditioner unit.
